Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Senior Specialist, People Operations to join our team in Hanoi.

Key Accountabilities
• Engage in continuous review for areas of improvement of in-country Workforce Administration and Payroll processes to ensure alignment of local policies and programs with regional and global requirements.
• Be responsible for accuracy in data and regulatory governance.
• To collaborate with the wider People Organization to manage colleagues' queries in thoughtful and timely manner.
• To provide holistic solutions to stakeholders and/or in team settings regarding own area of expertise
• To manage and be responsible for vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and adherence to the Service Level Agreement and ensure timely resolutions of issues and to escalate to management, when required.
• To ensure timely escalation and updates on operational matters to minimise risks and to provide support on resolving identified issues.
Operational Excellence
• To manage in-country Payroll and Workforce Administration operational activities to ensure they are accurate relevant and reflective of local requirements.
• To monitor Payroll and Workforce Administration processes to ensure compliance with local legislation while engaging in continuous improvements and streamlining of processes.
• To manage all aspects of payroll and benefits processes.
• To manage the timely and accurate filing of internal and/or local statutory reporting, including but not limited to government surveys, immigration requirements, compliance, tax and statutory contributions etc.
• Engage in the effective use of technology to drive HR data accuracy.
• Continuous efforts to build consistent operational workflow that results in operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Responsible in developing communications to stakeholders/colleagues in timely manner.
Compliance and Quality
• Be responsible for the in-country People Operations activities in compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations.
• Implement and monitor service delivery standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance processes within the country.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.
• Excel at teamwork and collaborating with functional partners (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, People Partners, regional/country People Leaders etc.)
• Be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Have great communication and logical thinking skills.

Tổng công ty CP Bia rượu nước giải khát Sài Gòn (Sabeco) có tiền thân là Nhà máy bia Sài Gòn được thành lập năm 1977. Năm 2004, công ty chuyển sang hoạt động theo mô hình công ty mẹ-công ty con và chính thức cổ phần hóa, đổi tên thành Tổng công ty CP bia rượu nước giải khát Sài Gòn (Sabeco) vào đầu năm 2008. Ngày 06/12/2016, cổ phiếu của Tổng Công ty được niêm yết trên sàn giao dịch của Sở Giao dịch chứng khoán TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Ngày 18/12/2017, sau khi Nhà nước thoái vốn khỏi Sabeco, công ty Vietnam Beverage sẽ trở thành cổ đông lớn nhất nắm giữ 53,59% cổ phần của Sabeco. Vietnam Beverage được thành lập tháng 10/2017 với vốn điều lệ 681,66 tỷ đồng. Hãng bia Thái Lan ThaiBev của tỷ phú Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi gián tiếp sở hữu 49% cổ phần của F&B Alliance Việt Nam, công ty mẹ sở hữu 100% vốn của Vietnam Beverage.
Trong suốt quá trình hoạt động, Sabeco luôn được đánh giá là đơn vị dẫn đầu ngành hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ chính trị với năng suất, chất lượng, hiệu quả cao, đóng góp vào sự phát triển kinh tế của ngành, địa phương và đất nước. Sabeco hiện đang nắm giữ 40% thị phần sản xuất bia tại Việt Nam, phân phối khắp cả nước và xuất khẩu tới gần 20 quốc gia trên thế giới.
