- Manage and operate multiple internal and external platforms, including SGS systems and client platforms.
- Act as a bridge between end-users and IT teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Analyze software functionalities and provide guidance to users based on operational procedures; Support documentation, system manuals, and SOPs.
- Deliver training sessions and create supporting materials for internal and external users.
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity via system features.
- Generate and maintain operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, account report) based on business requirements.
- Ensure proper system maintenance, identify issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Proactively seek and implement system-based solutions that create value for the organization.
