Job Purpose: Plan and implement the company's compensation & benefits activities to meet company and departmental objectives. Accountabilities 1. Providing professional HR consultation and service on Compensation and Benefit matter to HR's Company to effectively support company's strategy and operation. - Develop, coordinate, propose and implementing salary structure, salary review, coms & bens policies and practices for Company with HRD approval to attract, retain and engage Employee. 2. Developing and interpreting Company human resources policies to ensure fair and consistent application of the policies throughout Company. - Overseeing and ensuring that the Company's HR Policies, Collective Labour Agreement, Labour Regulations, - Supporting HR in centralizing the implementation of HR Policies, CLA, LR, Staff Handbook to align. 3. Co-ordinating and implementing appropriate performance appraisal system. - Assist HRD to design and implement performance management cycle to promote high performing organization - Ensure that employees are treated fairly, and information are reviewed correctly. 4. Overseeing and ensuring that the Company's Job grading system are smoothly operated as company structure as well as regional/global guidelines. - Providing consultation and implement job evaluation after get approval from HRD (if any) to ensure job alignment among HVB opcos as well as regional's structure (when necessary). 5. Supervise HR Services and Payroll activities for Company. - Coach and manage payroll team and HR service team to deliver high performing HR Services and payout to employees. - Ensure that the process has been done with accuracy and deliver on time in full. - Ensure HR reports/analytics as required smoothly and timely. 6. Assisting the HR Director in preparing, completion of the company's annual Manpower Budget and Overheads budget - Managing any costs, plans and budget related to coms & bens activities in a cost-effective manner;Requirement: - University graduate in Business Administration/Economics/Law/Human Resource Management - 4-year working experience in HR area - Knowledgeable in Compensation and Benefits. - Good Interpersonal skill - Leadership skill - Strong relationship building, influencing, problem-solving skill. - Planning skill, Knowledge of law, especially on labor law - Conversant in spoken and written English. - Understanding how to explain the rewards policies and principles and using data to make appropriate business requirements. - Bringing in benchmarked data and external insights and applying these to reshape and define suitable rewards and recognitions policies and initiatives. - Resolving individual rewards queries in a fair and consistent manner - Explaining key HR policies, process and tools in simple, relevant language for our business partner - Being the guardian of local and/or global HR policies and driving consistency across HR activities for best results.Chăm sóc sức khoẻ Private health insurance for employee and dependents Nghỉ phép có lương 18 days of annual leave Căn-tin Canteen
