- Calculate compensation and process payments for agents. - Participate in building and enhancing the compensation system, including writing requirements and conducting UAT - Coordinate with related departments to review and get approval for payment, and work with Compliance, Actuarial, and Secretarial departments to process payments - Update the compensation tracking report to Sales Force. - Consolidate and maintain balances (commission withholdings, tax, security fund, etc.) with the Accounting department. - Check agency debts and collaborate with the Accounting and Legal departments. - Perform other tasks as requested by Manager.- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in insurance industry - Strong data processing skills. - Strong time management skill, problem-solving skill. - Fluent in using, Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, Power Point. - Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Oracle SQL, etc.) is an advantage. - Service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. - Strong teamwork spirit and open-mindedness.Chăm sóc sức khoẻ Healthcare program for employees and your dependants (Depends on level) Máy tính xách tay Provide essential equipment and other tools for your role.
