A. Specific tasks
1. Recruitment
- Post job advertisements on recruitment websites and screen CVs
- Send invitations to interview candidates and draft job offers. Besides, build good relationships with candidates
- Support and coordinate the organization of internal activities, events, year-end parties, travel & regular health checks annual period
- Use online recruitment services to attract and source candidates, search and manage recruitment vacancies
- Manage vacancies and candidate database, prepare reports related to recruitment
2. Visa/Work Permit
- Oversee the work permit and visa application process from start to finish for international employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission
- Collaborate with legal teams to interpret immigration laws and regulations, providing guidance to stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, consulates and external partners to speed up the approval and troubleshooting process
- Implement process improvements that reduce application processing time, leading to increased operational efficiency
- Check and update employee records. Manage labor contracts and renew according to regulations
- Monitor and implement the process of salary increase, promotion, discipline, termination of labor contract and job handover process
B. Job requirements
- Graduated from College or University
- Have 2 years of recruitment experience in the field of education and proficient in Visa/Work Permit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and good coordination with departments within the company
- Ability to work well under high intensity and pressure
- Proficient in English Communication
