• In charge of the formulation of sales plan; responsible for the development of sales plan goal and focused on accounts, market and geographical segments assigned.
• Driving and exceeding individual room night / revenue goals
• Building up relationship with owner/ agency...and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings and group/catering sales opportunities.
• Based on the general plan of the company’s market, the hotel price policy and the actual results of the customer using the package service, proactively developing package room service programs (package) to maximize room revenue and control hotel occupancy.
• Deeply dive the overall market, analysis category, channel-customers trends, competition, economic trends, demands,..to forecast and strategy to maximize the target.
• Actively participate in all aspects of sales, focusing on all revenue streams working to specific revenue targets
• Key account management of existing clients
• Develop and maintain new client relationships and opportunities
• Maintains proper and up-to-date database of clients
• Be responsible for after sales services for customers.
