Stock & Sales Management

• Ensure effective replenishment according to company standards.
• Oversee stockroom organization and maintain layout efficiency.
• Manage RFID practices and devices, working with the Commercial team.
• Plan stockroom initiatives to solve capacity issues.
• Manage delivery productivity to meet company targets.
• Oversee the entire delivery process across store sections.
• Support management in sale preparation to achieve targets.

Team Management

• Lead and motivate the team.
• Ensure proper induction and training for new team members.
• Support team development and retention.
• Involved in performance management (attendance, lateness, etc.).

Customer Service

• Ensure Operation Assistant teams are well-trained.
• Participate in performance reviews for subordinates.
• Communicate regularly with the Division Head of Store Operations.
• Follow up on team schedules to meet planned coverage.

Health & Safety

• Maintain housekeeping standards in the back of house.
• Promote safe work practices and company procedures.
• Enhance team welfare through positive work routines.
• Report maintenance issues to the General Services team and ensure resolution.
