BRANCH MANAGER/SALES MANAGER (LCL CONSOLIDATION)

- Business: Logistics Company - LCL Ocean Cargo Consolidation (Hong Kong)

- Salary Range: 1500-2300 USD Gross

- Working Time: 8am-5pm (Mon to Fri)

- Process: ONLY 1 ROUND

- Report Line: Country Manager

1.SCOPE OF WORK

• Responsible for the overall business and operation activities at the Da Nang Office

• Business negotiation, explore market opportunities, develop LCL consolidation products for the branch

• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times

• Human resource management, training and team development to ensure effective branch operations

• Coordinate with other branches in the company to optimize operating procedures and service quality

• Monitor and evaluate business indicators, report branch performance to the Country Manager

• Ensure branch compliance with company policies, regulations and laws

• Ensure asset accountability, technology and trade secrets of the Company.

2.REQUIREMENTS

• Background in Branch Manager/ Sales Manager for Freight Forwarding/ Shipping/ Logistics, experience in LCL preferred (More than 5 years of experience)

• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation

• Proficiency in English (preferable candidate who can speak Korean and/or Chinese) 

• Capable in building strong and lasting relationships and networks at multiple levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers, both locally and internationally

• Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills as well as ability to do needs evaluation and handle most common customer objections

• Has strong negotiation skills and project management

• Self-Motivated and performance driven.
