We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Development Architect/Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Kegmil. As a leading B2B SaaS platform company, we are excited to welcome an individual with a proven track record in designing and overseeing the development of sophisticated mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design for mobile applications, handling features from inception to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with Back-End, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure comprehensive feature development.
- Break down tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Follow up after the go-live phase to address any post-deployment issues.
- Lead and manage a dynamic team of 3-5 mobile developers.
- Utilize B2B experience to guide the team in delivering solutions tailored for enterprise clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated professional experience as a Mobile Development Architect/Manager.
- Expertise in handling B2B applications.
- Experience resolving production issues with client data within tight timelines.
- Understanding of design patterns in mobile and react native.
- Prior involvement in the development of native iOS and Android applications.
- Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess a "Can-Do" attitude and the capability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in English communication is advantageous.
