Working closely with CD/BDM and operations team in the country to identify the improvement area in supply chain operations (local vendor management: cost and service, operations modeling, operations flow, int’l logistics…), preparing and get alignment with CD/BDM/line manager on the solutions and closely following up, supporting country to make the plan happen.

Contributed member or lead in process of sourcing / bidding / selecting and manage service provider vendor with CD and their operations team.

In charge of the efficient OPEX in Operations lines of countries by setting target and optimizing plan, that be aligned with CD and line manager.

Building up the supply chain operations metrics/ dashboard by implementing goals, objectives, and policies to be tailored for each country to support CD and SCD in having overview performance of each country and in group.

Maintain seamless communication with country operations team, be bridged and take lead in operations matter with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations be taken.

Monthly reporting operations performance and logistics OPEX spending to ensure the operations are well managed efficiently. Deep dive to understand and have insight of any abnormal operations/ cost happen with the included solutions.

Other tasks designated by SCD

At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Experience in account management at big corporations, logistics, healthcare & pharma are plus. 

Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.  

Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.  

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.  

Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.  

Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.  

Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written skills)  

Desire to build positive values for the community.
