The Vice President will be responsible for developing strategies to drive growth, revenue, and profitability for the company, overseeing the operations, and expanding the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand operations, sales, and marketing. This person will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's objectives and the brand’s DNA.

1. Results measurement
Results for this position are measured in
- Total company revenue in absolute value
- Profit Dilution %
- Gross Margin % and Gross Profit
- Company & Brand level EBITDA & Net Profit
- Year on year growth and LFL growth across each brand and the company
- % of profitable stores in portfolio
2. Responsibilities
a. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Formulate and execute strategies for product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to maximize sales and profitability
b. Brand Management:
- Actively drive and direct brand operations, ensuring the brand management teams adherence to visual merchandising standards and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans and maintain seamless communication across departments.
c. Financial Management:
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, margins, inventory turnover, and operating expenses to assess the business's performance on a daily and weekly basis to identify areas for improvement.
- Actively drive key initiatives internally and externally to drive improved financial results including making “hiring and firing” recommendations to the CEO & HR.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
d. Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for expansion, whether through new store openings or wholesale partners.
- Evaluate potential markets and assess the feasibility of new business ventures.
- Collaborate with the business development team to evaluate new potential brands.
e. People Management
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Drive consistent accountability across all levels of the organization.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
