- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability;
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure optimal terms and conditions;
- Monitor and manage supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their sourcing needs and objectives;
- Prepare and develop a plan of new product introduction as well as internal product information and then present the to related team;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and best practices;
- Being responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a viable business opportunity;
- Ensuring the product supports the company's overall strategy & goals;
- Sourcing and meeting market needs and trends for furniture fittings and architecture hardware.
