Manage that all equipment is safe for staff and customers.
Manage that merchandise displays are at an optimum presentation.
Enforce the correct banking procedure of all monies by all center staff.
Manage that company property is protected from destruction or damage by staff or customers.
Manage efficient use of budgeted hours for CS staff and Managers.
Accurately complete all paperwork in a neat and timely manner.
Supervise staff in accordance with company policy.
Liaise with local businesses, community, and sporting groups.
Greet and provide excellent service to all customers.
Log any incidents or daily business in the diary.
Complete and cost weekly staff rosters.
Manage the safety of customers and employees.
Manage all machines/tools are clean, safe, functional and full.
Manage that the correct caliber of staff is recruited.
Lead the center team by example, in a hands- on manner
Actively promote the center within the local area.
Manage that Timezone promotions are clearly communicated to staff and customers.
Manage stock levels and merchandising in accordance with company policy.
Coach staff in all aspects of company systems and operations including customer service standards and product /center presentation.

Strong interest in entertainment service and consumer retailing
Business minded and results- oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Min of 3 years’ experience in retail, F&B, Hospitality, etc.
Ability to lead and manage a work team
Fluency in English
Required to work flexible hours.
Sound computer skills and knowledge to operate office programs.
Initiative and people management skills
Able to work in intensive working environment
Dynamic and driven
Ability to work under pressure.
