VELA INTEGRATED LOGISTICS CORPORATION - A strategic member of ITL.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Senior Business Solution Executive of VELA will be responsible for the overall support VELA Operation in warehouse, transportation, Freight management, Customs Clearance for SOP, process, KPIs, training…Doing Costing analysis and Solution of new project or customer demand and control the project running result as well as provide the business solution to maximize the Operation capacity and productivity to increase the effectiveness and reduce cost.

The goal is to support the business growth and operation so as to ensure develop VELA business and customer satisfaction.

Performance

1/ Tariff Management

- Create and oversee tariff costs for products assigned by the leader onto the platform.

- Verify and adjust tariffs based on market rates and cost centers provided by the Vendor Management (VDM) team.

- Submit tariff proposals for approval by the leader, ACC, and CEO, ensuring timely updates.

- Regularly request costings to ensure accurate tariff charges.

2/ Projects Costing and P&L Solution

- Handle costing and profit and loss (P&L) solutions for new projects within ITL-NC and external VELA business growth.

- Analyze costing, P&L, and solutions to protect VELA’s profit and support business growth to win business.

- Negotiate and manage relationships with the Vendor Management team to ensure cost-effective and timely services.

- Adhere to P&L follow-up timelines for each project.

3/ Business Maintenance and Development Support

- Provide solutions for operational and customer service issues to prevent business loss to competitors.

- Engage in negotiations with VELA clients and suppliers as needed.

- Research relevant market fields to support VELA’s business development.

- Take over nominated customers or requirements from the NC/CEO as a key account (KA) role.

- Develop additional business from existing NC customers to increase revenue for VELA.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

1/ Support to satisfy customers demand and expectation

- Is the one of main contact with Customers for service satisfaction

- Provide solutions on customer service maintain and development

- Follow up to support VELA’s product in requirements and service demand

- Realize customer requirements or demand then optimize through project solution and result

2/ Customer service coordinator

- Well coordinate and support Commercial team to go to mutual agreement of a new cargo handling project when available

- Support VELA Operation Management for overall customer satisfaction through services providing and project running

OPERATION EXCELLENCE

- Collaborate with the project team (VDM, OPEX team) to complete the implementation process and to define SOPs, KPIs, and capacity for project timelines.

- Ensure effective project execution and go-live to meet customer demands and operational efficiency.

- Enhance logistics procedures and policies for compliance

- Manage operational tasks once implementation is complete for nominated customers

RESPONSIBILITY

-       Strategically oversee products assigned in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.

-       Provide oversight and understanding of Domestic transportation, expand more acknowledgement about freight management, customs clearance or warehousing

-       Take responsibility for profit and loss (P&L), cost, and revenue management.

-       Supervise and control the consolidated budget, optimizing expenses.

-       Ensure prompt and efficient service at all times.

-       Additional Tasks Assigned by Leadership:

-       Handle other tasks assigned by the leader

EXPERIENCE

-       2 - 3 years Knowledge, Skills and Abilities in Business Solution/ Customer Support/ Key Account Management

-       Intern of experience in Domestic transportation function in a logistics company or KAM at logistic company. have knowledge about freight management, customs clearance or

-       warehousing is preferred

-       Strategic with good business acumen, external market and customer oriented, able to develop and define the business strategy.
