1. Responsible for organizing, managing, and operating all activities of
the Global Commercial team.
- Assign and coordinate work among team members periodically.
- Advise the Global Commercial Director on developing the department's strategy.
- Develop a professional Global Commercial team in skills, responsibilities, and
expertise.
- Establish and set up KPI systems for the Global Commercial team and each
position.
- Collaborate with other departments in company operations and marketing
activities.
- Approve leave requests and arrange staff to ensure the team's stable operation.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans for Global sales programs
according to the company's overall strategy.
- Plan activities for the Global Commercial team in the Beauty & Personal Care
sector, including market analysis, research, and product development for the US
Global market.
- Develop business plans for products on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay,
Wayfair, including pricing, sales channels, forecasts, and collaborate with the
Marketing Department to build marketing plans.
- Develop sales and marketing budgets for each SKU and product group.
- Summarize and evaluate strategies and plans.
- Timely propose adjustments to plans.
3. Organize team personnel
- Interview, train, and evaluate new members.
- Monitor and assess staff performance according to set KPIs, reward and
motivate or rectify the team’s performance timely.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and report to the
Director, sharing with related departments to enhance sales and marketing
efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR to plan recruitment for the department.
- Directly guide team members when facing work obstacles.
- Resolve team member complaints.
4. Other tasks within the team's functions as required by the company's
leadership.
