What you'll do:


As the Head of Trade Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and driving shopper demand at point of sale. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic trade marketing plans, leading the implementation of instore activities, and closely monitoring KPIs. You will also coordinate with the sales team to track and analyse monthly sales performance, set up processes for regular stock tracking, and manage the trade marketing budget. Your leadership skills will be crucial in providing coaching and development opportunities for your team.


* Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategic trade marketing plans
* Lead the trade marketing team in rolling out instore activities
* Monitor KPIs to ensure excellent performance
* Coordinate with the sales team to track and analyse monthly sales performance
* Set up processes for regular stock tracking
* Provide monthly reports on sales-out performance and stock
* Manage the trade marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
* Provide coaching and development opportunities for the trade marketing team
