Your Job

To support PJM for New Product Development process, Transfer product, Tooling and other project management in the plant.

Our Team

You'll collaborate with all Departments and PJM of design center.

What You Will Do

• Support for the connection related sections to new product or transfer product develop schedule.
• Follow action plan of other sections to ensure that this match with total project plan.
• Connection between design center and manufacturing plant to ensure product release as schedule.
• Support to establish and review, product design, machines, tools, jigs design and modification. To provide overview of projects status.
• Coordinate for products test, products transfer and new products development. Ensure that all new products, transfer products and tooling comply with EHS requirements.
• Support for GCA “Global Costing analysis”. Responsible for it including quality, cost and lead time.
• Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• College level or university degree with technical background
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing companies, in project and quality management
• Able to handle fuzzy situation
• Some skills in handling customer requirement and good in System Thinking
• Good knowledge and skills of engineering, manufacturing processes
• English (oral and written) or Japanese
• Work planning, Problem-solving, Training
• Kaizen and innovation skills
• Understand and implement as requirements from ISOs,
• Cost calculation
