We are looking for a SEA Governance Operational Risk Analyst role to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for SEA region.

Responsibilities
- Monitor performance of key metrics and conduct analysis when necessary.
- Review potential gaps and areas for improvement from policy development to enforcement execution.
- Drive collaboration and streamline processes with cross-functional teams across SEA markets to improve overall efficiency.
- Manage various programs in reducing overall risk to platform and follow-through on action items with respective stakeholders.
- Propose improvements to existing controls and new mechanisms to deal with emerging risks.
- Organise and coordinate meetings to review, investigate and resolve risks within the product (assortment) and content policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Business Analytic, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management or related field.
- Familiarity with SEA E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills.
- Experience in project/program management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity to develop knowledge of additional product categories as needed.
- Proficiency with implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
- At least a Green belt in Lean Six Sigma will be a plus.
- Ability to monitor and measure results with analytical thinking and program management mindset.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
