We are now seeking Senior Fulfillment Specialist to monitor purchase orders from customers, ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently through effective management of the order fulfillment process, from order receipt through delivery to the customer. Troubleshoot and resolve order issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with suppliers/manufacturers to monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment planning and minimize out-of stock.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Senior Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring order fulfillment in an accurate and timely manner. Primary duties include:

- Monitor order fulfillment processes, identify breakdowns or delays, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues
- Actively communicate with suppliers to monitor inventory levels with suppliers/manufacturers and coordinate replenishment schedules to avoid item stockouts that could delay orders
- Coordinate with customer support team to provide further information regarding shipping status, product availability, product quality and help them to solve customer’s requests in a timely manner
- Daily monitor and analyze fulfillment metrics such as processing time, lead time, shipping time, defects and return rate and provide recommendations for performance improvements to suppliers
