I. Job Descriptions

Record monthly accounting transactions into Quickbooks software and reconcile account balances. (15%)
Monitor accounts payable (AP) details and send weekly payment plans. Check the details of each customer‘s debt based on documents and payment terms, and report to the direct manager. Reconcile debts with each supplier. (25%)
Track accounts receivable (AR) details for each market. (25%)
Monitor the implementation of the terms of purchase contracts. (10%)
Support detailed data processing for related accounting sections to prepare financial reports. (5%)
Prepare monthly debt reports. (5%)
Maintain and organize documents fully, scientifically, and consistently according to department regulations. (10%)
Perform other tasks as required. (5%)

Knowledge

II. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience

4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Experience working with accounting software, Quickbooks preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational or e-commerce company is an advantage.
