- Housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining and cleaning guest rooms. That employee must follow hotel standards when cleaning guest rooms and ensure that they do not affect the sale of rooms to guests staying at the hotel.
- When a customer requests laundry service, the Laundry Staff must carefully check the fabric type and color. If the laundry cannot be washed normally, the customer's permission must be sought before washing. Laundry condition must always be perfect.
