Legal Counsel for General Counsel Office (GCO)
Your key responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts.
- Provide legal advisory services on various subjects to business.
- Manage mandatory reporting, licensing and other regulatory compliance for the firm's business operations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives
- Develop and deliver legal related training programs to business.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Law School Degree
- Advanced English
- 7-10 years (postgraduate) of legal experience in inhouse office or law firm
- Proven track record in commercial law matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate, data protection, and compliance matters
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Business Partner mindset, Solution-oriented advising
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Law School Degree
- Advanced English

Công ty TNHH Lotte Việt Nam là một tập đoàn đa quốc gia có trụ sở chính được đặt tại Hàn Quốc và Nhật Bản. Lotte do doanh nhân người Hàn Quốc Shin Kyuk-ho thành lập lần đầu tiên vào tháng 6 năm 1948 tại Tokyo.
Lotte bao gồm hơn 100 đơn vị kinh doanh với hơn 100.000 nhân công tham gia vào các ngành công nghiệp khác nhau như sản xuất bánh kẹo, đồ uống, khách sạn, thức ăn nhanh, bán lẻ, dịch vụ tài chính, hóa chất, điện tử, công nghệ thông tin, xây dựng, xuất bản và giải trí.
