1. AR and AP bookkeeping
• Issue VAT and commercial invoice
• Check sales invoice, sales report and discount reports
• Check stock in notes and stock out notes
• Booking voucher of company expenses
• Preparing "Telegraphic transfer", cash receipt voucher, cash payment voucher
• Record cash receipt/ cash payable voucher, bank receipt/ bank payment voucher
• Trade AP reporting, payment plan
• Trade AP reconciliation with suppliers
2.Value added Tax
• VAT declaration monthly
3.Report upon request by higher level.
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or related majors
2. Experience: At least 1-year working experience in the similar position
3. Good at English
4.Good knowledge about accounting
5.Have basic knowledge about taxation ( Corporate income tax, VAT)
6.Have experience about account payable and account receivable
5.Microsoft office especially Excel, Powerpoint.
