General task:
Accountable for developing, implementing and revising the overall C&B structure and policies in line with company objectives, HR policies and labor law to deliver C&B operations.
Manage timesheet, payrolls (estimation and actual), cost comparison.
Plan and manage monthly payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Handle labor issues, disciplinary procedures (if any).
Conduct salary and benefits survey (Mercer methodology)
Support in salary review process
Oversee and/or assist in managing the annual program, which includes the HR budget, and compensation review.
Design and develop different schemes for variable remuneration packages, including pay structure, bonus, benefits.
Prepare the compensation and related budget, including monthly, quarterly review, , reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
Remain up-to-date with laws and regulations in relation to payroll, tax and other legislative requirements, support peers on the implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.
Manage the master data of employees, including data entry, updates, and storage of personal records for all employees.
Monitor labor contract renewals process and record
Monitor PIT calculation and reports
Monitor compulsory insurance data and reports
Employee relation
Communicate policies pertaining to contracts, bonus, compensation, and benefits...
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to analyze the turnover rate.
Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
Leadership task:
Supervise and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Training to support organizational objectives related to talent acquisition and retention.
Other tasks as assigned by HR DirectorSpecification:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of C&B's experience in the business size of over 300 headcounts, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Manage a team of 2-3 members.
Competencies:
Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, pay equity, and incentive programs.
Familiarity with benefits administration, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and insurance policies.
Labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance regulation.
Good English communication skills, spoken and written.
Hard skill:
Must have:
Proficient MS: word, excel, powerpoint. Power BI is a plus.
