As a Logistics Solutions Specialist (Air & Ocean Freight), you will play a key role in consulting and implementing international freight solutions, optimizing supply chains for Key Account (KA) customers. Your work will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and reducing logistics costs.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their air and ocean freight transportation requirements.
• Recommend flexible, cost-effective logistics solutions based on market conditions and the company’s service capabilities.
• Support the Sales team in developing tailored proposal strategies for each Key Account.

• Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Customer Service) to design optimal transportation plans for each customer.
• Monitor and update international freight rates, delivery terms (Incoterms), customs regulations, and other factors impacting transportation.
• Assist in implementing warehouse optimization and inter-regional transportation solutions.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze logistics data to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Propose improvements to increase accuracy, shorten delivery times, and reduce logistics costs.
• Support the Sales team with training on logistics products and solution offerings.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and high-quality transportation services.
• Handle issues related to delivery, customs clearance, and international shipping.
• Maintain strong relationships with Key Account clients to enhance the overall customer experience.
