We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Finance Supervisor to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our supply chain function by ensuring accurate accounting, enhancing internal processes, and applying strong analytical thinking to drive operational efficiency.

This role requires a solid understanding of supply chain finance, cost accounting (Mainly service in 3PL/4PL model) and internal controls. The ideal candidate must possess strong logical thinking, be process-driven, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

· Monitor and record supply chain transactions accurately in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS) and group policies.

· Prepare and analyze cost reports, inventory valuations, and monthly supply chain-related accruals.

· Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing for supply chain-related accounts.

2. Cost & Inventory Management

· Monitor and finalize inventory movements (if requested), and ensure appropriate reconciliation with the finance ledger.

· Assist in freight expense allocations, and vendor payment reconciliations for final approvals.

3. Internal Controls & Compliance

· Develop and implement robust internal controls for procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes.

· Identify control gaps and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.

· Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements related to supply chain finance.

4. Process Improvement & Business Support

· Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

· Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and IT teams to streamline supply chain financial and system implementation workflows.

· Support ERP/system implementation or upgrades relevant to supply chain finance.

5. Financial Planning & Analysis

· Provide financial insights to support budgeting and forecasting for supply chain-related expenses.

· Conduct variance analysis between actual and planned performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIMA/CA qualification is a plus.

·       Minimum of 3–4 years' experience in accounting, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or FMCG industry.

·       Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and internal controls.

·       Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       High attention to detail, strong logical thinking, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
