Job Responsibilities
- Assist with sales support tasks, including documentation, coordinating with suppliers and customers for cargo receipt and delivery, and liaising with vendors for services.
- Manage business applications and handle travel arrangements and expense settlements for the sales team.
- Organize visits for suppliers, customers, and other counterparts.
- Enter data into SAP and perform accounting tasks, coordinating with both internal and external departments.
- English-language proficiency is required.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office as minimum, other software to serve the work) are required
- From 1 - 2 years' experience on Sales Assistant
- Have Accounting background and experience are preferred.
- Having good communication skills
- Having good knowledge about business and trading transaction (domestic sales, import/export)
- Having Ethic, Enthusiasm and Strong commitment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a full-time university
