• Provide guidance to guest on the procedures at the spa

• Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to guest

• Keep the reception area clean and conducive for guest

• Introduce spa services to guest and educate them on their uses and benefits

• Keep guest updated on promotions / discounts of spa services

• Process payments of spa services for guest

• Keep register of long and existing guest for them to enjoy benefits of loyal guest

• Open and close the spa at the appropriate time

• Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized for free movement

• Assist in getting guest feedback to improve service

• Arrange spa booking how to maximize spa revenue

• Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to appropriate offices for resolution.

• Arrange roster for spa team

• Order spa stuff and stationary

• Finishing daily revenue report with Accounting department

• Other task from Spa Manager

- Good human relations

- Excellent phone etiquette

- Competency of computers work, as well as MS office

- Excellent multitasking skills to successfully handle several assignments together

- strong organizational skills

- Good at English both speaking and writing

- Learning attitude

- Candidate have experience of spa in 4,5 star hotel/resort is 1 plus
