1. Quality system management:

• To propose and guide the implementation of the company's quality management system at the factory to ensure consumer safety and comprehensive quality of products after production; -
• Ensure company quality standards and applicable state quality requirements are clearly written in quality policies and factory work instructions;
• Check compliance of factory activities according to the issued quality control system.
• Evaluate and analyze factory quality indicators, loss structures, and data to understand quality performance and identify factors for improvement;
• Ensure the factory maintains certifications and censors the company's product quality during quality inspections/tests as required by state agencies or customers; -
• Ensure the factory complies with all domestic requirements and regulations related to consumer safety and product quality, and that quality requirements related to religion and ethnicity are maintained, e.g. for example Kosher, Halal, etc;
• Verify the origin of raw materials, packaging and products in accordance with company standards and legal requirements and identify consumer safety risks;
• Direct the resolution of quality incidents related to product quality on the market;
• Implement and verify procedures for controlling nonconforming materials and products (e.g., identification, classification, sorting, recycling).

2. GMP, FDA & Hygene –Cleaning:

• Develop and implement pre-inspection programs according to GMP and FDA standards, ensuring consumer safety risks are minimized through certification and continuous appraisal process;
• Implement necessary pre-inspection programs including validation and validation requirements (e.g. pest control, allergen control, hygiene control, etc.);
• Ensure implementation and always comply with the requirements of GMP technical products applied at the factory.

3. Test & measurement:

• Ensure quality of raw materials and packaging by implementing an input control program (processes for receiving, testing, sampling and approving for use, production and maintaining necessary data, re-control old raw materials when needed, etc.);
• Ensure quality throughout the production process by implementing a testing program in accordance with approved quality criteria and current regulatory standards;
• Ensure the laboratory operates well in accordance with usage practices and company requirements/testing methods and according to government regulations;
• Ensure implementation and continuous validation of quality programs at the factory for calibration and maintenance, measurement and testing of equipment;
• Implement a product packaging control and continuous validation program, ensuring regulatory compliance and reliability in declaring product weights and labels;
• Implement or maintain a system to record required inspection results, records during the inspection process, and other information required by the company and authorities.
• Improve the quality of incoming materials and services by effectively managing suppliers and coordinating with the purchasing department to resolve quality losses;
• Consider continuously improving quality, design, packaging, based on customer evaluation results. Optimize products quality and prices.
