- Track and register tax codes of employees.
- Management of employee records: statistics, monitoring, storage and maintenance of employees working records and resignation records. Comply with regulations on receiving records when going to work and returning files to employees when quitting.
- Fully implement procedures and regimes for employees in accordance with the law, such as retirement procedures, retirement, social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.

- Making periodic reports on the status of implementation of occupational safety.
- Periodically report on titles, increase or decrease in payroll, professional statistics according to the Investor's regulations.
- Payment of increased labor wages.
- Subscribe to update party data, increase the unit price.
- Estimated weekly increase wages transferred to Accounting Department.
- Manage other non-salary incomes for PIT finalization.
- Make monthly social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance reports with the Insurance Agency.
- Make payment of social insurance benefits for employees.
- Implement the process of closing the social insurance book for the employees leaving their jobs.
- Update the changes in labor laws and regulations of social insurance, perform social insurance work in compliance with state regulations.
- Make statistics and report on social insurance data when required.
- Update and manage the information of employees on the system of full and accurate personnel management software.
- Monthly, payroll, bonus and other benefits to ensure accuracy and on time prescribed.
