Mô tả Công việc

ACB is looking for an experienced HR Business Partners (senior level) to join with us.

Overall, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business units, aligning the people strategy with the business strategy through functions: organizational development, human capacity growth, talent management, and successor plan within your assigned department(s).

This role requires a strong problem dealer having clever communication as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Proposal:
- Conduct 360 surveys for appointment, reappointment, and dismissal of key positions;
- Search, evaluate, and recommend external and internal candidates to meet the needs for vacancies;
- Propose training and development activities to improve and enhance key personnel capabilities;
Human Resource Plan:
- Coordinate and supervise relevant units in recruiting, mobilizing and arranging employees to ensure units have enough resource for operation;
- Advise units in modification of the organizational structure, effectively rearranging resources to achieve strategic goals;

High - potential employees Development (Hipo):
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for human resource development programs;
- Identify, evaluate and nurture talents of units, advise plans to develop and retain qualified staff, promote a new generation of leaders;
- Support talents to identify career goals, build and implement personal development plans (IDP);
- Identify and measure employee issues, effective 2-way cooperation between BUs and HR Division to resolve internal conflicts and promote a positive work environment;
- Organize relevant workshops to enhance employee’s mindset, skillset and toolset, which help employees navigate organizational changes and supporting leaders in driving transformation;
- Analyze feedbacks and data to identify trends and fluctuations for improvement HR strategies;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS: 
- MUST HAVE: Confident, decisive, and can-do attitude 
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; 
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience as an HR generalist or HRBP; 
- Strong understanding of HR best practices: recruitment, training, talent management, organizational development and employment law; 
- Experience in a fast-paced, flexible environment, preferably within the finance, banking, fintech or technology industry; 
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills 
(Any gender would be nice; However we are prefer Male to balance a great team.)
