• Perform general office duties to support Consumer Operations (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying)
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders)
• Promote brand awareness internally and externally
• Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials)
• Use sales techniques to maximize convention revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in sales process software
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours, rates, packages, promotions, events)
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating by phone and email to respond to questions/requests
• Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their needs
• Speak with others using clear and professional language, answer phones appropriately
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, listen and respond to employee concerns
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ years of related job experience
• No supervisory experience required
• English proficiency
