Support administrative tasks / document preparation, dossier as requested by the Director.
Assist the Director in meetings, exchanges with partners, customers.
Coordinate with departments to report on the company's business activities.
Summarize and report directly to the Director on arising issues as assigned.
Advise on decision-making with the BOD
Secretary of weekly meetings and regular / ad hoc meetings.
Plan self-training to improve knowledge, skills, participate in company programs/activities.
Report on arising work, professional reports weekly/monthly/annually as required.
Perform other tasks as directed, assigned by the BOD

The candidate must be female and under 40.
Bachelor's degree in business, economic, ...
Experience requirement: 2-3 years in a similar position
Fluent in English with proficiency in all four skills (English certificate preferred)
Strong skills in index and market research.
Good ability to plan, work in teams, and supervise work.
