• Mastering tools in Lean Production systems such as SQM, SOP, 5S, TPM, OEE, autonomy, etc.
• Coordinating managers in each area to improve unreasonable stages based on using Tools in Lean production
• Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and maintenance-related teams to implement improvements related to reducing personnel or improving labor productivity, reducing consumption of additional items, and increasing production CAPA to bring efficiency to production costs.
• Inheriting and maintaining and developing TPM activities in the production and warehouse areas
• Coordinate implementation and check the performance of 5S within the factory
• Ability to understand cost structure and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly costs. From there, propose programs to improve efficiency and reduce costs for production costs
• Understanding SAP ERP System Operation Principle
