Campaign Management (60%)

• Lead, plan and execute social communication & digital across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Groups, email marketing) to ensure delivering a consistent brand messages & image to key segments
• Co-host and orchestrate our offline activities and workshop
• Maintain relationships and work closely with both new and existing partners for co-campaign/promotion.
• Data analyze and conduct pros and cons of partners management, coordinating to provide solutions.
• Responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of community & partnership campaigns including concept ideation, media and go-to-market execution
• Planning and execution of new store opening program.
• Work closely with agencies, and communication support teams (Advertising, Market research, PR, etc.) to execute brand experiences across touch points.
• Partner with different functions (Brand, Operation, Supply Chain & Finance, Product, Admin…) for ongoing projects, competitors, budget phasing, and media plan tracking…
• Coordinate with the Brand team to develop & execute marketing promotions & activations to push sales & increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the Digital & Customer relationship management team to manage the brand website, fan page, customer complaint handling, and other social activities.

Report (40%)

• Monitoring tracking and reporting (Event, Promotion, Campaigns….)
• Develop and shoot product following seasonal
• A&P Tracking & Report monthly
• Monthly activities report
• Sales report: weekly, monthly, quarterly report
• Promotion evaluation report
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Marketing Manager
• Tracking and Reporting competitors monthly.
