• Collaborate with relevant staff to gather data and evidence for accreditation reports.
• Maintain an organized and accessible record-keeping system for all accreditation – related documentation.
• Coordinate site visits and meetings with accreditation teams, providing necessary logistical support
• Translate related documents
Operation support:
• Communication: Act as a link between the Operations Office (OM) and different divisions and departments. Share important information, updates, and instructions from the Head of operation office with the relevant department. Collect feedback and reports from departments and pass them on to the Head
• Document Review and Submission: Receive and carefully examine documents, reports, and plans from various departments. Check for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines before sending them for approval
• Proposal Tracking: Keep track of submitted proposals and monitor their progress. Follow up on proposals and create detailed reports on their status and outcomes
• Office Support: Assist with various tasks in the Operations Office, including security, maintenance, cleaning, and meal service. Help maintain a smooth office environment.
• Translation Service: Provide translation assistance when needed in the Operations Office. Help translate documents and correspondence for effective communication
• Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Operations Office. Flexibility and adaptability are important for handling unforeseen duties and contributing to office efficiency.
Position requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration/ Public Relations or other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in the equivalent position
• Prefer candidates experienced in Education industry (Company size at least from 100-300 staffs) as a Secretary/ Assistant
