Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and mentor a team of QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement QC strategies, processes, and best practices for manual testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Quality Control:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
- Conduct thorough testing of banking applications, systems, and processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and banking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of banking products and services.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control/manual testing
- Have experience in banking domain is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading and managing QC teams.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
- Proficient in manual testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of automation testing is an advantage.
- English: good communication
