• Check/update the price lists/contracts & schedule sailing

• Regularly proactively update information about prices/schedule/booking list

• Negotiate rate/space with vendors/agencies to match sale team’s needs

• Receive and make quotation for sales team

• Coordinate with Operation team to handle cargo smoothly

• Make weekly/monthly reports and irregular reports under Manager’s instruction

• At least 1-year experienced working for logistics forwarder.

• Have experience in EU/MIDDLE EAST/ASIA trade lane is an advantage

• Have understanding about local market pricing condition

• Be good at communication skills, English or Chinese is required

• Be good at negotiating with carriers/suppliers for the best pricing

• Completed colleague/university degree
