Mô tả công việc
- Updating our internal databases with new empployee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Filling, data entry and arrange employee profile
- Assisting with travel arrangements/organization, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception and telephone duties
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Filling the Candidate Tracking for build data sources recruitment
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days if any
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

- Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month, paid based on actual working days

Yêu cầu công việc
- Effective administration
- Computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
- Strong interpersonal and listening
- Language: Good in English
- Able to engage in at least 3-month internship
