<Position Objective/Expectation>
- Finding a Maintenance-related Manager for the establishment and operation of the new company and construction of the warehouse.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for managing the maintenance team and the contractor, taking the highest responsibility for the maintenance of the system and equipment in the warehouse and office.
- Contact the construction company when we need to solve problems or install maintenance equipment and so on.
- Check and control the temperature, and humidity, ensuring that these criteria always meet the requirements of customers and companies.
- Inspect, maintain, and clean machinery and equipment periodically to keep the equipment in good condition, and smooth operation.
- Repair the damage in the company related to the electricity, water, machinery, and equipment (except computers) or contact contractors for fixing if the work cannot be carried out by the maintenance team.
- Supervise and instruct maintenance staff to perform assigned tasks.
- Design and construct small construction, equipment, and machinery to support the warehouse operation.
- Manage costs related to maintenance, finding ways to improve efficiency to save costs and improve the quality of operation of the machinery in the warehouse.
- Draft instructions and SOPs related to the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure the repair in time and timely.
- Propose options to support the warehouse activities to meet customer requirements, companies.
- Update the technical information for the operation and improve the quality of maintenance.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of contractors when the construction, repairing, or guarantee-related fixing happens.
- Support warehouse staff in operating and maintenance of forklift/reach truck.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement new projects.
- Other instructions and requests from the reporting line. Including Reporting, communicating, and consulting on Maintenance-related tasks to the reporting line.
