- Handling EEC existing and new Buyer & Vendors sales enquiries, preparation of Quotes, negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Identify ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensure action is taken to maximize sales potential, seeking and developing new customer, set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their demand and concerns, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on testing services
- Organize at least 1 marketing activity per year with hosted Buyer to promote SGS services
- Prepare marketing materials, sales kit for sales activities (brochures, leaflets, presentations, service capability, price lists, gift initiative, etc.) - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts data to internal and external volume
- Prepare weekly/ monthly business reports which includes sales achievement, project approach, market information, competitors' activities to Manager
- Make the market study about competitor testing pricing, competitor testing capabilities, new services from market.
