- Incharge of payroll for BUs with over 800HC ontime infull.
- Manage Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance (SHUI)
- Handle monthly PIT declaration and annual PIT finalization
- Tracking & Prepare Labor contract to employees (E.contract)
- Participate in HR's projects
- Implement Internal Reports by Power BI
- Implement Labor Reports to Goverment Department
- Ensure all employee information and payroll data are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
1/ For Company:
- Manage Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) procedures including insurance claim settlement, monthly movements, SI book closing and reconciliation with authorities.
- Prepare and submit monthly labor reports to the Labor Department.
- Handle monthly PIT declaration and annual PIT finalization for locals and expatriates.
- Prepare Labor reports for Government authorities as assigned by C&B Manager/Head of HR.
- Prepare internal HR reports such as headcount, turnover and C&B analytics.
2/ For BU/SBU
- Process monthly payroll ( over 800 headcount), reconciliation and system maintenance using Cadena, ensuring legal compliance.
- Prepare payroll cost and headcount reports for Finance and Business Units by Power BI
- Handle final payment settlement for resigned employees.
- Prepare E.contracts via VNPT system for all local staff
- Ensure that all personal files and records are kept in confidential and safe manner and up-to-date.
- Prepare internal C&B reports as BU requests.
- Work with vendor to complete visa, resident permit, work permit for expatriate
