After receiving requirements from customers, prepare and send accuratequotations.
Receive and process customer Purchase Orders (POs).
Verify customer information such as company name, address, and paymentterms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain and update customer records, sales contracts, and documentation asper guidelines.
Collect and compile sales data for weekly/monthly reports.
Organize and monitor schedules to meet deadlines.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, finance, and supply & demand departments.
Follow up on delivery status, stock availability, and invoice issuance.
Communicate professionally with customers and external partners.
Follow up on payment status and support debt collection when needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the ManagerYêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience in a Admin role.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills - able to coordinate effectively with customers, sales teams, and external partners.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables).
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)Laptop
