ROLE OBJECTIVES:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Expert for HR Tech products to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our product brand presence through various marketing and generating more leads for this product.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and manage website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our product image.
- Create and curate compelling social media content across platforms to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and roundtables, including logistics, guest coordination, and content development.
- Initiate more activities based on marketing data and campaign performance to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Integrate these activities with marketing activities of the whole Corporate to ensure the umbrella brand identity, guidelines and performance.
- Get consult and implement marketing activities of this product in compliance with the corporate marketing directions.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support client-related tasks, including working with associations and other business development initiatives as assigned from time to time.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, business development, and event management.
- Develop messaging and positioning for the product.
- Understand and document the buyer’s journey.
- Create and launch effective go-to-market plans.
- Create sales enablement tools, like pitch decks, datasheets, and demo videos.

JURISDICTION:
- Be equipped with appropriate training, guidance related to job position in order to have adequate knowledge and skill set to fullfill the assigned tasks.
- Be clearly communicated of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and be correctly assessed with the performance by the line manager.
