Supports the project team in the QG meeting• For implementing the QG method• For determining results of the team through selective, objective, value and result-neutral moderation• For evaluating and documenting the target work results and fulfillment of the measurement criteria• For determining suitable measures, if the measurement criteria are not fulfilled.2. Holds the following authorizations• Termination of a QG meeting, if the prerequisites are not available for the effective execution of the QG meeting (e.g. missing mandatory participants, preparation is insufficient)• The confirmation of the methodical correctness of the QG for the approval cycle / flow.3. Preparation for QG assessment meeting• PjM may have a preliminary discussion with QG Moderator.• QG moderator methodically supports preparation for QG assessment meeting.4. Execution of QG assessment meeting• Moderates team assessment.• After overall assessment, QG moderator confirms the methodically correct implementation of the QG assessment (Approval)5. General support related to the QG activities, as following:• OneQ (= assessment tool) support• Process support/consulting relevant to QG (e.g. QG milestone settings, QG approver confirmation)• Preparing reports related to QG's• Preparing training or explanation material for Project Management education (related to QG contents)• Continuous learning regarding processes and process updates.Technical Skills:• Education : university degree in Computer Science, Electronics or comparable studies• Minimum Experience : 3 yrs work experience in relevant field (preferred in Automotive and Quality)• Basic knowledge about ASPICE preferred• Good Knowledge in Software development and Testing; basic knowledge in Quality Assurance• Automotive System Domain know-how will be added advantage• Languages to read, speak and write: good skills in English, basic skills in Japanese preferred (not mandatory)Interpersonal Skills:• Detail orientation thinking skills• An empathic personality with passion for Quality• Motivated to succeed as a team, not only as an individual contributor• Ability to focus as well as multi-task• Assertive and objective communication
