What does a successful Senior Account Manager at TRG look like?

  • Develop local market sales messages for new solutions and new verticals
  • Account management for the assigned existing clients
  • Target and build a pipeline with prospective clients that fit the assigned market profile for the targeted solutions
  • Drive demand for consulting or related services across functions by engaging with the client's executives and service line practitioners
  • Devise and execute sales strategies and tactics across the full services array that result in exceeding sales goals
  • Manage the Vietnam sales teams on all perspectives to be reporting to the Sales Director, including:
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities in the Vietnam market with the local sales team leaders
  • Daily sales tracking
  • Weekly pipeline review
  • Manage achievement of Quarterly targets
  • Manage team submissions of Annual business plans
  • Marketing campaign tracking for Vietnam campaigns
  • Develop credibility and relationships with clients through fluency in TRG solutions as they relate to a range of business issues
  • Engage with business development & sales team leaders to develop pursuit strategies, win themes, solution architecture, and commercial models for the target market strategies and solutions


What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related field
  • 5+ years of being a B2B salesperson
  • Good command of English (IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above)
  • Good verbal, presentation style, and written communication skills in English.
  • Successful track record of selling IT services, with knowledge of business management solutions, technology landscape, and marketplace
  • Fluency and technical acumen related to at least one of the dominant cloud platforms is a plus
  • Competence in engaging and developing business with alliance/ecosystem partners and the clients’ senior executives
  • Experience in selling high-end, project-based, professional consulting services, characterized by long sales cycles and both large and small-dollar transactions
  • Ability to work as a team player, team facilitator, and solution catalyst
  • Highly motivated self-starter and demonstrated leadership expertise
  • Proven expertise in leading complex a sales process and crafting sophisticated solutions with creative value propositions and economic models
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to realize sales objectives
  • Love to travel and meet people
