Process employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings...), Employee Time & Attendance data from the system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools.
Double-check records of employees' working hours, review them for accuracy, verify attendance and hours worked, and process payroll generated from the payroll management system (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.
Responsible for all external communication to authorities to comply with local law requirements, including but not limited to the Social Insurance Department, Tax Department, Labor Department, and Immigration Department,...
Assist employees with:
Make claims for employee social insurance benefits (sick leave, maternity leave,...)
Follow-up payments for employees.
Complete the transferring procedure of the Social Insurance Book for leaving staff.
Follow the line manager for the probation appraisal and contract renewal appraisal.
Other HR projects as assigned.
WORKING TIME: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)1-2 years of relevant experience in companies with a scale from 300-500 headcounts.
Good Labor Law knowledge, HR practice, Labor code, Tax's law, SHUI law, and retail payroll sheet.
Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel).
Detail-oriented & good at numerical and logical thinking.
