POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for serving food and beverages in guest room efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service, in a friendly, competent and professional manner. Promoting a fun work environment and being a team player.
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned by your superior.
- Suggests food and beverages to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
- Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.
- Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
- Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.
- Obtains requested items from the storeroom.
- Keeps general appearance and maintenance of working areas.
- Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
- Sets up tables in accordance with policy.
- Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
- Transports soiled dishes from guest room to kitchen and depositing them in proper placing at the Steward area.
- Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
- Maintains excellent grooming standard at all times.
- Good command food product and menu knowledge.
- Attends all training sessions as scheduled.
- Responsible to ensure that have a clear understanding of the Hotel’s fire drill, policies & procedures and house rules.
- To conduct and attend periodic and daily meetings as required.
- Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all Resraurantl guests, clients, heads of department and employees
- Maintain a safe and Secure Working environment.

- Excellent English skills (Verbal and written)
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE
- College Certificate.
- Experience in similar position for a minimum 1-2 years, in another 5 Star hotel.
- Outgoing personality. Willing to work for long hour.
