be's Marketplace Manager - Core team is responsible for optimize the driver and customer apps to improve the trip completion rate, booking rate, and other metrics. This is done by planning changes to core features on the apps, implementing changes to fees, surcharges, price multiplier mechanism, tracking the key indicators, and collaborating with the Product team and the Data Science team. The goal is to make changes to the apps when needed to improve these metrics and create a better experience for drivers and customers
The Marketplace Manager of Core team will lead the team to oversee the plan, implementation, and monitor the changes of the driver and customer apps to optimize the trip completion rate, booking rate, and other metrics. Additionally, the Marketplace Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer and driver profiles, developing customized growth plan, and monitoring key metrics to ensure the success of the changes made to the apps.

Planning:
• Plan year/month/week on changing core features on driver and customer apps, such as driving mechanism, search result display mechanism, and display ordering ...to optimize the trip completion/booking rate over time
• Make a monthly/weekly plan on the application of fees, surcharges, price multiplication mechanism to balance supply and demand.
Execution:
• Implement changes to core features on driver and customer apps.
• Implement changes to fees, surcharges, pricing mechanism.
Monitoring:
• Track, monitor and report on indicators related to the optimization of hoe play such as trip completion/booking rate, unqualified car booking rate, hoes delivery distance, ETA, ATA, etc. ..and price-related metrics such as booking/price checking rate, driver's pick-up rate, etc. to make changes when needed
Product:
• Collaborate with Product Department, Data Science Department to make changes to core features on driver and customer apps, such as multiplier, pick-up mechanism, display search results and display order, conversion rate on flight booking flow...
Analysis:
• Analysis of the indicators related to the optimization of the picketing such as the rate of completing the trip/booking, the rate of booking a car without a driver, the distance of the picket, ETA, ATA,...and other related indicators. related to price such as booking/price checking rate, driver's pick-up rate, etc. to make changes when needed.
• In charge of the general data sheets of the whole department
