The company is seeking an Instructional Designer (ID) to manage corporate projects in 2025. Due to the potentially high volume of short-term projects, we need an ID with:

The company is seeking an Instructional Designer (ID) to manage corporate projects in 2025. Due to the potentially high volume of short-term projects, we need an ID with:
- A solid instructional design-related foundation
- Can work independently to handle multiple projects while supporting other initiatives
- Fluent in English
- Seek candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Learning Development roles such as L&D Specialist, Instructional Designer, or eLearning Developer.
- Prior experience working in environments where English is the primary language of communication.
- Professional Capabilities (Technical Knowledge & Skills) Learning Principles
- Firm understanding of basic adult learning principles and common instructional design frameworks, familiarity with fundamental content design processes (must-have).
- Familiarity with various training delivery methods (virtual instructor-led, asynchronous eLearning, blended learning, other learning materials, etc.) and can create content tailored to the requirements of each delivery method (must-have).
- Basic knowledge of technologies, eLearning authoring tools, and LMS platforms.
- Personal Capabilities Project Management:
- Can coordinate projects and collaborate with various stakeholders (proactively updates stakeholders and works effectively with Subject Matter Experts)
- Ability to manage risks, address project-related challenges, and handle changes (nice to have).
- Proficiency in English, with fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Has accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Product design mindset with the ability to research and synthesize information efficiently (nice-to-have).
- Working hours: 9:30-18:30 (Monday through Friday)
- Working location: Paxsky, 17 Truong Dinh, District 3, HCMC
- The team works remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays
